Important Notice

1. Fees and Expenses Covered:

Registration fees, meals during the summit, ground transportation within Korea, and hotel accommodation will be covered (details coming soon). Delegates are responsible for their own airfare.

2. Arrival and Departure Dates:

Registration coverage is valid from November 01~05, 2025.

Any arrangements outside these dates must be handled personally by the participant

3. Visa Information:

If you don't require visa to travel to Korea, please check if you required a K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization). click here K-ETA.

If you are required to apply for a visa to travel to South Korea, please fill the below. Make sure to write the subject as:
"GHS Visa – [Your Country]"
